INNPACT!
Innovative Participatory Actions for Collaborative Transformation
KA210-ADU - Small-scale partnerships in adult education
2025-1-ES01-KA210-ADU- 000363285
The INNPACT! Erasmus+ project, is an 18-month Small-scale Partnership in adult education (KA210-ADU). The core objective is to provide participants with practical training in collaborative innovation methodologies, thereby strengthening their problem-solving skills and promoting active community participation. By implementing activities such as mapping local stakeholders and conducting co-creation workshops to design solutions to local challenges, the project aims to produce a key result: a practical and accessible toolbox containing guides and best practices. This toolbox is essential for ensuring the sustainability and replicability of these methodologies across European communities and educational institutions.
Project Objectives
INNPACT! aims to foster a culture of collaborative innovation by bringing together local associations, communities, and students. By involving all members of the community, it identifies local challenges and co-creates innovative, sustainable solutions that address real needs.
Participants gain practical skills in problem-solving and innovation through workshops, prototyping sessions, and hands-on experiences in the Living Lab. These activities encourage collaborative learning, critical thinking, and the development of solutions tailored to real local contexts.
The project also supports the creation of reusable resources for community innovation through a toolbox, developed in English and translated into the languages of all partner organizations. This toolbox includes practical guides, templates, and best practices that can be replicated in other contexts to foster innovation at the community level.
Who is this project for?
This initiative is designed for individuals and organizations committed to improving their communities and creating a positive social impact. It is particularly relevant for members of local and community associations, such as neighborhood groups, NGOs, and cultural, social, or environmental organizations, who work directly with local challenges and wish to contribute to co-creating sustainable solutions.
The project also welcomes young people and students interested in sustainability, education, inclusion, and culture. Their participation brings fresh perspectives and encourages civic engagement. Special attention is given to marginalized groups and those at risk of social exclusion, ensuring that all voices are heard and promoting inclusion, social cohesion, and equal opportunities. Educators and adult education trainers interested in educational innovation and participatory co-creation methods are also encouraged to participate.
Finally, the project is open to institutions, local organizations, small businesses, and startups that value collaborative approaches to community challenges and wish to drive initiatives with positive social impact.

WP1. Project Management, Communication, and Dissemination: Led by ERAM, this work package focuses on the overall coordination, as well as the administrative and financial management of the project. It includes internal monitoring, the organization of all internal meetings, and the management of communication and dissemination activities to ensure effective outreach and stakeholder engagement. This involves overseeing a multilingual digital platform and social media channels, as well as implementing key dissemination actions such as the “INNPACT!
